If you are unable to locate public records on our website, please contact the District or complete the form below. 

By completing the form below, you will help us to:

  • Increase the efficiency and timeliness of satisfying your request
  • Publish repeatedly requested items on our website
  • Better direct users to information that is already available on our website

Request Completion and Submission Process

Download and complete the Public Records Act Request Form and submit using one of the methods listed below. If you have any questions, please contact the District.

You are not required to include any contact information with a request, however if you submit an anonymous request, you will not be able to receive updates about your request. The only way you will be able to receive responsive documents is if the District posts them publicly on the website or if you contact the District directly. If the District needs clarification on your request and has no way to contact you, your request may be closed out without a response.
