Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use, and Distribution of Water

Per California Water Code section 31024, a county water district may establish rules and regulations for the sales, distribution, and use of water. 

The following is the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Tehachapi-Cummings County Water District that pertains to those rules and regulations:

• Resolution No. 13-26, "Amending and Restating the District's Rules and Regulations for the Sale, Use and Distribution of Water" that was approved and adopted on 9/17/2026.
