Jonathan Hall began serving on the Board beginning in December 2006.

In addition to serving the Board, Mr. Hall represents the District as a board member for the Association of Water Agencies/ Joint Powers Insurance Authority. 

Mr. Hall is a retired Aerospace Engineer and has been a Tehachapi resident since 2003. His education includes a mathematics and a theater degree. He has served the community in various capacities, which includes:

• President for Kiwanis Tehachapi
• President and Secretary for Kern Libertarian
• President of Tehachapi Theater Association and involved with acting, directing, and lending technical expertise
• Coaching for AYSO.

Mr. Hall enjoys hiking and has completed 400 miles of Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) section hikes.
