John Ables began serving on the Board beginning in February 2023.

Mr. Ables is an Electrical Contractor and has been a Tehachapi resident since 1980. He has served the community in various capacities, which includes:

• BVS Firefighter, volunteer
• President for Ag Boosters
• President for Tehachapi Society of Pilots
• Tehachapi Area Association of Realtors, affiliate

Mr. Ables enjoys spending time with family, flying, hunting, fishing, boaring, and camping.
